These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OBS desktop application and website at obsprojict.site. By purchasing or using OBS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization to use OBS.

2. Paid Subscription

• OBS is a paid software product. Plans start from $100 per month.
• There is no free plan, no free trial, and no freemium tier.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as selected.
• All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be transferred between seats within your organization.
• Enterprise agreements are subject to individual contract terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble OBS software
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials
• Use OBS for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to OBS servers or systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials associated with OBS are the property of OBS and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during your subscription period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of OBS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in competent courts of jurisdiction.
